How to contact the issuing company about a security in your portfolio
From the Portfolio page, click on the issuing company’s tile.
Navigate to the Holdings tab.
Scroll down to view the details of the holding by clicking on the image or security ID of the certificate.
From the security’s information pane, navigate to the Contact company tab.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu. Enter your message and click Send.
